This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders both domestically and internationally.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume seasons (such as sales or festivals), processing may take an additional 2–3 days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed and another email once your order has been shipped (with tracking details).


2. Domestic Shipping 

We partner with trusted courier services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, and Delhivery to ensure smooth and secure delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time: 4-8 business days (depending on your location).

Shipping Charges: Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999


3. International Shipping

We proudly ship to the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, and many other countries.

Estimated Delivery Time: 4-10 business days (depending on destination and customs).

Shipping Partners: DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or other reliable global carriers.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

These charges are not included in our product prices or standard shipping costs and will be calculated at checkout (if applicable).

Note: Not all products are subject to customs duties. Only items shipped from our international warehouses may incur additional import charges.

We have no control over these fees, as they are determined by local customs regulations, and we cannot estimate their exact amounts in advance.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.
You can track your shipment directly through our “Track Order” page or via the courier’s official website.


5. Delays and Exceptions

While we do our best to deliver your orders on time, delays can occur due to:

Public holidays, natural disasters, or weather conditions

Customs clearance delays for international orders

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We are not liable for delays beyond our control but will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue with the courier service.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error will not be eligible for free replacements or refunds.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@shibuddy.com — we can make changes only before the order is shipped.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

Your order number

A clear unboxing video (if applicable)

Photos of the package and shipping label

Our team will review your case and work with the courier to provide a replacement or refund as applicable.


8. Split Shipments

If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.


9. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order or Back-Order will ship once they’re restocked.
You’ll receive an estimated delivery date in your confirmation email, and we’ll notify you once the item ships.
